Our customer, Mrs. Connor in East Kilbride on the outskirts South Glasgow, wanted a
nice exotic wood floor. However, she was worried that because she had concrete sub floors it may well create problems. We advised her that the easy solution was to
opt for an engineered wood floor which
floats over an underlay on top of the
concrete sub floor giving exactly the same look and feel as a solid wooden floor.

Mrs. Connor opted for a black nut engineered wood for her lounge, dining room and hallway. It complimented her decor really nicely and the end result was stunning. We were also able to fit the wooden flooring without a join throughout the three areas, giving a real sense of space whilst making her home look both warm and opulent.
