Our 3,500 square foot carpet showroom has been thoughtfully designed, with our customer’s needs as a key consideration.
Following feedback from both company reps and customers, we are confident that our carpet showroom is the best in Scotland.
We have a dedicated play area for children, a complimentary coffee and snack bar, customer facilities and most importantly, an incredible and ever-expanding flooring range.
We are developing our online service, and working on an e-commerce site with a ‘click and collect’ service. Our new branding and newly launched website is hugely successful with an increasing number of enquiries and page one rankings for many of our keywords.
On a local level, we are actively involved in the Giffnock BID (Business Improvement District) project to promote Giffnock and encourage people to ‘shop local’. We are helping to organise many events throughout the year (which last year proved very successful) to bring people to the area.
At the end of last year, we extended our existing carpet showroom into a much larger retail space, and this has transformed our business making us the largest independent retailer in the area. As well as employing a dedicated carpet specialist, we are able to showcase the very best flooring brands available today for not only wood, laminate and luxury vinyl but also carpet, tiles and rugs.
Over the next month, we are renovating the upstairs of our showroom to create a new, dedicated ceramic and porcelain tile showroom. We also work in partnership with one of the area’s most successful suppliers of artificial grass.
For many years, we have served commercial customers, and have won many contracts for local businesses including The Orchard Park Hotel, and are currently expanding our commercial business and talking to developers and architects. We also work with many local interior designers.
We have always kept abreast of social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Google Plus.
