Covid-19 Update

Appointments Now Available

Time slots are now available 7 days a week.

We can allow access up to a maximum of 4 people from the same household. We have 3 large showrooms so you will have plenty of room to browse through the products you are interested in.
 

  • Our showroom will be fully sanitized when we open each day and then again as each customer leaves.
  • We have COVID 19 signage throughout the showroom to ensure social
    distancing.

  • We respectfully ask you to sanitise your hands on entry, and also when you leave (sanitiser located at our front door).

 
These rules are in place to ensure the safety of our staff and our customers.
 
You are of course welcome just to pop in but you may have to wait a little longer to see one of our flooring specialists, particularly on Saturday and Sundays.

We can also arrange home consultations and surveys – again strict social distancing guidelines must be followed. We will of course fully sanitise our hands before entering your home and again when we leave.
 
It’s been a strange few weeks for everyone but we’re very much looking forward to working with all our customers again.

We recently purchased engineered oak flooring and carpets from First Floors. The customer service from David and team was exceptional. We had just moved home from overseas and bought a house with no floors so we did not have access to allow First Floors to measure. Theye allowed us to use our own measurements as we wanted the floors laid ASAP once we had the keys. The floor is beautiful and laid very professionally (thanks Steven). The carpets are also lovely and exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would change about the experience would be to have First Floors assess the house in advance. We have fire doors which were a problem the day the carpets were laid. This was not the issue of First Floors and it was resolved quickly. Thanks again David, we would highly recommend First Floors to anyone.

Another Great Job Done!!
Just had our third floor project in seven years completed by First Floors once again.
Great service from David and his showroom team from assisting in the selection of materials through to arranging the installation. Chris and his team worked tidily and efficiently on the hardwood flooring with great attention to detail. Gordon who fitted the stair carpet was very professional in his work and was able to resolve some problematic details to our entire satisfaction.
Would definitely recommend First Floors.
